Shipping & Returns
 

Art is fragile. I personally take every possible measure to package, ship and insure your precious artwork so it reaches you in pristine condition wherever you are in the world. In fact, if I could hand-deliver every painting myself, I would.

However there are instances where damage may happen in transit outside of my control. Please contact me immediately and I will do my utmost to rectify the situation. 

Shipping costs are flat fees depending on the size and weight of the artwork, however they may change depending on the country of delivery, local taxes and customs. I keep the shipping costs as low as I possibly can, whilst ensuring the safest delivery to you.

I hope you love your new original artwork. However, if you have changed your mind or are not 100% delighted with your new painting, you can return it and get a full refund or exchange it for another one of the same value.

You can return or exchange an artwork for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any artwork you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging and sent via recorded delivery. 

To return your artwork, you should mail the item to: ALIZE WILKINSON, 12 STUKELEY STREET, LONDON, WC2B 5LQ, UNITED KINGDOM.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Bespoke commissions and sale items are excluded from refunds and exchanges.
